At Lavindr, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help!

Exchange Policy
•    Exchanges are allowed within 10 days of receiving your order.
•    Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
•    Customers can exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
•    If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for future purchases.

Return Policy
•    We do not offer cash refunds; however, we provide store credit for future use.
•    Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
•    If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
•    Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events.
•    Customized or personalized orders.

Process for Exchange & Return
1.    Email us at orders@lavindr.com with your order number and reason for exchange/return.
2.    Our team will verify and guide you through the next steps.
3.    Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received is faulty.
