Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

1.    Standard Shipping Charges:
A flat rate of PKR 250 is applied to all orders across Pakistan.
2.    Delivery Timeframe:
Orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days.
3.    Free Shipping Offer:
Enjoy FREE shipping when you purchase more than 2 outfits in a single order.
4.    Multiple Addresses:
Free shipping applies only if the full order is delivered to one address. For multiple shipping addresses, standard shipping charges will apply per address.
5.    Courier Partner:
We exclusively use M&P Courier for all our deliveries across Pakistan.
6.    Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS for real-time updates.

International Shipping

1.    Shipping Charges:
Charges vary based on the destination and parcel weight. Final cost will be shown at checkout.
2.    Delivery Timeframe:
International orders are delivered within 7–14 working days, subject to customs clearance.
3.    Customs & Duties:
Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.
4.    Courier Partner:
All international orders are shipped via M&P International Services, ensuring secure and timely delivery.
5.    Order Tracking:
Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the parcel is shipped.
